Our Level 1 (Beginners) programis a perfect solution for those just starting out, have been inactive for more than 6 months or may have injuries that prevent them from performing certain exercises. Also excellent for those who wish to lose more than 20lbs.
While the class is challenging enough to make you sweat and get the results you are looking for, your coach will spend more time explaining exercises and making sure you learn how to exercise safely and effectively, while providing you individual attention.
